About the role
As a foundational member of the customer growth team, you’ll get to build it from the ground up. You'll be a technical force multiplier for our most important customers to drive their implementations forward, and you'll have a front-seat to create & witness the most impactful Prequel-powered outcomes. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, allowing you to have a direct impact on both our customers' success and our product's evolution.
You will be given extreme ownership and leeway in how things operate. Our vision of success for the role is one where you are so effective at scaling yourself, the team, and the processes you design that our growth team grows sub-linearly relative to revenue and number of customers.
⚡️ What you'll be working on:
- Owning our Strategic Customer Growth motions
- Building our Product Operations workflows
- Working directly with customers to understand the issues they face, and driving resolution both on your own and with the support of our engineering team
- Building and maintaining technical documentation and implementation guides
- Contributing to our core product by identifying patterns across customer implementations
- Driving technical discussions with customer engineering teams to ensure successful implementations
🛠 Skills & experience we'd love for you to have:
- 4+ years of technical experience, either as a software engineer or in another technical role
- Strong proficiency in technical design and architecture
- Ability to quickly understand and work with complex technical systems
- Excellent communication skills, especially in technical contexts
- Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders to solve technical challenges
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make technical decisions independently

- You have experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and/or data pipelines
- You enjoy the challenge of solving complex technical problems in production environments
- You thrive when things are moving fast.
